What is Covered under Our Warranty

Our custom window coverings are warranted to the original residential retail purchaser, provided the product remains in its original window installation.

  • Lifetime Coverage: We cover the entire product frame, panel joinery, and shutter blades against manufacturing defects (flaws in product design, materials, or workmanship that cause the product to no longer function).
  • 3-Year Coverage: Moving parts and functionality components, including blade pivots, operational pins, tilt mechanisms, and basic hardware (hinges, tracks, rollers, and magnets) are covered for 3 years.
  • Color Fastness: Material finishes against severe fading or structural cracking are covered for 3 years.

What is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any product failure resulting from:

  • Abuse, misuse, improper handling, or alterations.
  • Exposure to extreme moisture, humidity, or salt air.
  • Accidents, pets, insects, or extraordinary use.
  • Improper cleaning methods or chemicals.
  • Costs associated with product removal, re-measuring, shipping, or unapproved reinstallation.
